PurGames.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Our Content Policy

PurGames.com aggregates publicly available reward links that are shared by game developers on their own official social media pages. We do not host, reproduce, or distribute any game assets, images, music, characters, or code.

We only display:

Game names and descriptions (factual, informational use)
URLs linking back to official developer pages
Reward amounts as described by the developers themselves

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on PurGames.com infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

Required Information

Your full legal name, address, phone number and email address
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The specific URL(s) on PurGames.com where the allegedly infringing content appears
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Your electronic or physical signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Review the notice within 72 hours
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid
Notify you of the action taken

Please note that submitting a false DMCA claim may result in legal liability under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:

Your name, address and contact information
Identification of the content that was removed
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
Your signature

Repeat Infringers

PurGames.com will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
